Natalia had excellent communication, making us feel confident that we were making the right choice to have them cater our rehearsal dinner. I hired True Root Catering Company for our New Year’s Eve Party. They service the Treasure Coast area. I contacted them in the early fall season and am very pleased with how responsive and easy to work with they were. They have very interesting menu selections to choose from.

Natalia was so pleasant to work with as I made changes here and there and received a prompt response and positivity each time. Chef Mike is incredibly creative with his cuisine and recipes. My guests raved about the appetizers. The main entree (filet mignon, grouper franchise, cauliflower steaks, green beans, rolls, salad, etc;) were perfectly prepared and timed exactly as agreed for serving. The decor that was added to the table was so festive and beautiful. The cleanup went smoothly and was done promptly. Chef Mike and Natalia are true professionals who I will not hesitate to hire again. They are very friendly people who worked with a smile.

True Roots was a pleasure to work with, from initial contact to walking out the door at the end of the evening. Professional and on top of everything. They catered a wedding dinner for 100 for us-- from the fresh salads that started everything to the chimichuri steaks, the grouper, cauliflower steaks, garlic mashed potatoes, creamy succotash, cilantro rice, and Key Lime pie shooters, everything was delicious. True roots catered our most recent happy hour and I cannot stop raving about how wonderful they did. From Natalia taking our last minutes changes left and right to Chef Mike executing a mouthwatering spread for Passover in our community, it was a pleasure to work both of them. I wish they were in NY!!! I vacationed in Florida with 3 generations of family, rented large home on the beach. We had a last minute party for my mother, inviting local family as well so roughly 25 people. True Roots provided in home catering and it was an amazing experience all around, from the first phone call. Natalia was wonderful and accommodating of my hectic schedule when finalizing details, which was on limited time considering I only contacted them 5 days prior to event. She worked with me to create custom menu and it was a hit! Chef Mike is wonderful, food was delicious, presented beautifully, and home was left spotless. We used Chef Mike and the team at True Roots for our wedding on 10/28 at the Lake House in Fort Pierce. We couldn't be happier about our decision! The team was accommodating and easy to work with, and even helped us add a couple of things at the last minute including Cuban Coffee that EVERYONE enjoyed. I am so pleased with Mike at True Roots Catering. He cooked for all of us at our daughters 15th birthday party. We wanted the opportunity to entertain and spend time with our guests. It was so easy and great to have someone on site, the food and presentation was excellent. We recently had an event at our business O’Sole Mio in Downtown Stuart. Over 300 guests had the ability to come up and try his delicious hor d’oeuvres throughout the evening. Not only was he able to keep up with the amount of traffic, he also visited with all of the guests and was so personable. I can’t tell you how many people went out of their way to come and find me and tell me how incredible both he and the food were. He has so many menus and options to choose from. We absolutely love Chef Mike and already have him booked for 2 more events the rest of the year at our business downtown!

I'd give Chef Mike 6 stars if it'd let me. We had him for a week for a family vacation which included 19 adults, 10 kids, he prepared brunches, cocktail hour, and dinner. His brunches were unmatched by any restaurant, his cocktail and small plates exceeded our expectations, and his multi course dinners were the topping on the cake. He even accommodated our KETO family members. Everything was cooked perfectly and was over the top delicious. If his food doesn't sell you, his personality and the way he was able to integrate into our home should. I would recommend him to the Queen of England.

I hosted a Cocktail Party with a variety of hors d'oeuvres for 20 close friends and family from out of town to celebrate our 30th anniversary.
