We cannot say enough wonderful things about Roots Catering and the incredible job they did for our engagement proposal party. From beginning to end, the entire experience was exceptional.The food was absolutely outstanding—beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. The Roots team was professional, attentive, organized, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making the event special for us.

We have personally used both Roots Catering and other catering companies, so we can make a direct comparison based on our own experience. One of the biggest differences for us was how the food was prepared. Other companies we used, the food was prepared off-site and then brought to the event to be heated and served. Roots, on the other hand, actually cooked the food fresh on-site for our event, and in our opinion, the difference in quality was significant. The food from Roots tasted noticeably fresher, the presentation was excellent, and the overall dining experience was on another level.

We also found Roots considerably easier and more enjoyable to work with. Their team was responsive, flexible, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. Our experience working with other companies was very different; we found their approach and communication to be unnecessarily arrogant and much less customer-focused.

An engagement is one of those moments you remember for the rest of your life, and having the right people involved makes all the difference. Roots went above and beyond to help make our celebration everything we hoped it would be. They handled the details seamlessly, allowing us to actually enjoy the evening with our family and friends rather than worrying about the event.

Chef Mike was born and raised in Miami, FL and comes from a culturally mixed family of Cuban, Lebanese and American. He began his culinary career as a Pizza Maker for Chuck E. Cheese when he was 16 and has since then worked his way to Sous Chef at a couple world renowned Restaurants in Miami. Being that his creativity was limited, he realized he would need to be Executive Chef to be able to innovate and design his own Menu. Chef relocated to the treasure coast area with the vision of bringing international flair to the area, providing exemplary dishes and a phenomenal guest experience.     

I learned of True Roots by looking for "caterers nearby" and went solely by the Google reviews. And WOW!! The reviews were right on!!! EXCELLENT planning, vision, and food that truly went above my expectations! And the set up and service during the event, impeccable! Highly recommend them and will use for future events.
